Hi everyone!
I LOVE this theme of the month. This month, we have some our closest friends sharing their hearts with you through guest posts, interviews, and even a movie review at the end of the month!
This makes me think of how grateful I am for the friends that I have, especially my fellow blogger, Jayla. This November we celebrate 11 years of friendship!
There is nothing more beautiful than friendship, so thank you to all of my amazing friends!

Alex Hale (left) and Zach McCue (right) share their journey to the highest office in TeenPact- President at Vice President. Their inspiring story to success will move your heart and encourage you to believe anything is possible when you submit your dreams to God and stay open to what the Lord has to say. Their story is so rich and full of wisdom it took Jayla and I two hours to interview them! Thus, we are writing a two-part interview, coming out on August 10 and 11. Stay tuned!
Jada Kamau is one of my closest friends. She is the co-founder of Not Just Another Blog with her two sisters, one of them Nia Kamau who wrote us a guest article called The Secret Life of a Homeschooler. Jada is a pastor's kid, so being a PK you would think she knows the Bible front and back. But she shares in honesty she had a hard time finding meaning in the verses of the Bible. On August 15, she shares her tips on how to find a deeper meaning to the Bible.
Pastor Amarillys Hatton is our Family Life pastor at Covenant Church McKinney, and she has so much wisdom to share. On August 20, she will empower you with her words: YOU ARE QUALIFIED.
