We can live to be the change. One of the ways we can do that is by being good stewards of our money. From Dave Ramsey's financial program for your adults, Generation Change, I have selected some very important points that we all can apply to our finances, especially while we're young.
Your identity is not wrapped up in what the world says about you. Your identity is in Christ.
Money itself is not evil. The love of money is the roots of all kinds of evil.
It's not about how much money you have; it's what you do with your money that matters!
Debt is owing anything to anyone for any reason.
It's okay to have nice stuff as long as your nice stuff doesn't have you.
We can all be content no matter what our circumstances are. Our joy comes form Christ alone.
If you tell a myth long enough and loud enough, people will believe it's true.
Learn to handle money today and you'll be better prepared for the future.
You can use your money, time, and abilities to bless others today!
Barbara Bush said, "Some people give time, some money, some their skills and connections, some literally give their life's blood. But everyone has something to give." Let's live up to that and give everything we do our absolute best.
